WaterFest is an annual event created and run by a collaborative group of conservation-minded non-profit organizations and community-minded agencies. The goals for WaterFest are to: Host a family-fun festival that celebrates water as a valuable natural resource. Increase watershed and water conservation awareness among mainstream SLO County residents. Acknowledge and celebrate pristine water resources of the Central Coast in order to encourage citizens to participate in water resource protection. Provide a venue for the business community to exhibit viable water protection and water conservation products to the public.
