Good news, our local creeks are fairly clean and a major clean up effort is not necessary. Please consider joining the important efforts in adjacent communities such as San Luis Obispo and Atascadero. There is a need for a few Morro Bay and Los Osos volunteers to check clean up sites to do small scale clean up at previous year's sites. If you would like to help out, contact Shari Sullivan at the Morro Bay National Estuary Program (772-3834 ext. 13). Also, if you know of a trashy location in need of clean up please contact Shari at the above listed number. Thank you for helping to keep the Morro Bay watershed clean.
